10 January Visit to The Hong Kong Jockey Club's Racing Talent Training Centre
iELITE Youth Leaders visited the Hong Kong Jockey Club's Racing Talent Training Centre to understand how the Centre trains jockeys through a professional training system. In addition to experiencing the regular training of the trainees, they also had the opportunity to interact with the horses in the stables. During this visit, the Youth Leaders were impressed by the trainees' passion, perseverance, and disciplined spirit in pursuing their dreams and ideals.

21 October 2025 Hong Kong International Talents Festival
During the "2025 Hong Kong International Talents Festival", iELITE Youth Leaders joined hands with ICAC Officers to introduce Hong Kong's clean social environment and the ICAC's anti-corruption efforts to high-calibre talents from the Mainland and overseas, showcasing Hong Kong youth’s enthusiasm and commitment to anti-corruption work. -
27 September Exchanging with Outstanding Learners of "Uni Project" of Commission Against Corruption (CCAC), Macao SAR
iELITE Youth Leaders warmly welcomed outstanding learners of Macao CCAC's "UNI Project" during their exchange visit to Hong Kong. They guided the guests on a tour of the new facilities at the ICAC Building and accompanied them to the University of Hong Kong. There, they attended an insightful presentation by an Associate Professor from the Department of Sociology, who discussed the societal impacts of corruption. The Youth Leaders from both cities also visited Tai Kwun, where they explored cultural heritage sites related to the ICAC’s anti-corruption efforts. -
19 to 21 August Greater Bay Area Study Tour
With the support of the Hong Kong United Youth Association, the ICAC organised a Greater Bay Area Study Tour for iELITE Youth Leaders. Apart from visiting Shenzhen University, the Youth Leaders also visited technology enterprises and gained valuable insights into the development of the country's new quality productive forces. During the visit to the Guangzhou Youth Federation, they exchanged views on anti-corruption efforts with local youth. The tour also included a visit to the Monument Hall of the Martyrs to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the victory in the War of Resistance. -
13 August Sharing of Anti-scam Information by Hong Kong Police Force
Regional Crime Prevention Officer from the New Territories North Regional Crime HQs shared the latest anti-fraud information with iELITE Youth Leaders in an engaging and interesting approach. They were also reminded to remain vigilant against fraudsters posing as ICAC Officers. -
13 August and 23 October "Operation 303" Investigator Experience Activity
iELITE Youth Leaders participated in "Operation 303", a newly launched immersive investigator experience programme by the ICAC. They assumed the role of ICAC investigators to delve into a simulated corruption case, gaining first-hand experience in the dedication and unwavering professionalism of ICAC investigators. -
26 July and 9 Aug Department of Justice's Mock Court Trial Activity
iELITE Youth Leaders participated in a mock court trial activity organised by DoJ's Legal Enhancement and Development Office to understand the basic principles of criminal trials. They then took on the roles of prosecution and defence lawyers, defendants, witnesses or jurors, through which their understanding of criminal legal procedures and the relationship between criminal trials and the rule of law were deepened. -
24 July Visit to Police Dog Training School and National Security Exhibition Gallery
iELITE Youth Leaders visited the Police Dog Training School, gaining an understanding of the role of police dogs in maintaining social order and having a fun interaction with them. On the same day, they also visited the National Security Exhibition Gallery, learning about the importance of national security and enhancing their understanding and awareness of national security related concepts and issues. -
22 to 24 July iELITE Youth Leaders Participated in Regional Capacity Building Programme
Joining the ICAC delegation, two iELITE Youth Leaders travelled to Thailand to participate in the first-ever regional capacity building programme on meaningful youth engagement in anti-corruption work for ASEAN countries. Other than exchanging ideas with participants on the importance and influence of the youth in anti-corruption work, the Youth Leaders shared their personal experiences in integrity promotion, telling the good stories of Hong Kong on the world stage. -
8 to 10 July Leadership Training Programme 2025
The 3rd cohort of iELITE Youth Leaders participated in a three-day leadership training programme which covered the anti-corruption laws, the ICAC's three-pronged approach strategy and national security. The programme also comprised experiential investigative activities, allowing the participants to apply the investigative techniques they had learned and experienced the ICAC's law enforcement work. -
30 June Visit to Legislative Council Complex
Led by Legislative Council Member and the ICAC's Operations Review Committee Member, the Honorable Carmen KAN Wai-mun, JP, iELITE Youth Leaders visited the Legislative Council Complex. Through the visit, they gained insights into the operations as well as the rules and procedures of the Legislative Council. They also engaged in active discussions with the Honorable Carmen KAN, during which they shared their views on issues that concern young people and deepened their understanding of the importance of upholding the rule of law and safeguarding national security. -
June to September Career Immersion Programme
Over 20 iELITE Youth Leaders from tertiary education institutes were selected to participate in the "ICAC Career Immersion Programme". During the summer, they immersed themselves in the work of corruption prevention, education and publicity, as well as international cooperation. They also gained the opportunity to exchange with non-local scholars, students and anti-corruption officials, as well as assisting ICAC Officers in planning several major integrity promotion events. -
27 April and 1 June ICAC Kids Theatre Public Shows
The ICAC launched the ICAC Kids Theatre for kindergarten students in 2024/25 academic year. Through interactive mascot shows, young children learnt about proper values in an interesting manner. iELITE Youth Leaders provided assistance at the public shows held at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre and ICAC Building, supporting the ICAC in the smooth execution of this meaningful project. -
22 March Hong Kong Planting Day
iELITE Youth Leaders joined "Hong Kong Planting Day" for the first time. By planting saplings, they promoted the importance of caring for the nature and tree preservation, working together to enhance the protection of Hong Kong's natural environment. -
25 February Exchanges with officials from overseas anti-corruption agencies
iELITE Youth Leaders engaged in exchanges with overseas anti-corruption practitioners joining the "Professional Development Programme on Financial Investigation and Asset Recovery" organised by the Hong Kong International Academy Against Corruption. During the cultural exchange session, they provided guided tours for the participants at The Peak and Tai Kwun. Through dialogues, they gained insights into anti-corruption efforts in different regions, broadening their international perspectives. -
18 January ICAC Annual Road Race
The ICAC Road Race is an annual traditional event of the ICAC. Not only participating in the race, iELITE Youth Leaders also provided support and cheered for the athletes, immersing themselves in the atmosphere of the event. -
13 – 16 January Capacity Building Programme on Meaningful Youth Engagement in Anti-corruption Work
Two iELITE Youth Leaders participated in the capacity building programme on meaningful youth engagement in anti-corruption work jointly organised by the Hong Kong International Academy Against Corruption and the Anti-Corruption Bureau of Brunei. They engaged in discussions with local anti-corruption practitioners, youth representatives, and representatives from the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, exploring the influential role of the youth in anti-corruption efforts. This initiative also deepened their understanding of global anti-corruption issues.

22 December Visit the Elderly on Peng Chau
Under the arrangement of the Peng Chau Neighbourhood Elderly cum Children/Youth Centre, iELITE Youth Leaders visited the elderly on the island alongside the centre's volunteers to deliver festive blessings. They also conducted interviews with the volunteers to understand their service experience. iELITE Youth Leaders’ volunteer experiences were featured in the ICAC Periodical. -
September Study Tour to Macao
During the tour, iELITE Youth Leaders visited the Commission Against Corruption of Macao (CCAC), the Legislative Assembly of Macao and the University of Macau. Along with CCAC's youth ambassadors, they visited different anti-corruption related spots in the City. Youth Leaders also unleashed their leadership potential to organise a city hunt event with various integrity missions for a group of non-Chinese speaking secondary students joining the tour. -
July - August Study Tour to Xi'an
On the study tour to Xian, iELITE Youth Leaders visited the Intermediate People's Court, the Anti-corruption Education Base and the Xi'an Jiaotong University to learn about the judicial system, the anti-corruption efforts and youth development work of the country. Students also visited heritage and historic landmarks such as the Terracotta Army and technological conglomerates to gain better understanding about the history and scientific achievements of our country. -
July Leadership Training Programme 2024
The second cohort of iELITE Youth Leaders attended a bespoke ICAC leadership training programme. Through mock investigation exercises, they learnt first-hand about the ICAC's anti-graft work.

June - July Exchanges with officials from overseas anti-corruption agencies
While working as voluntary summer helpers from June to July 2024, iELITE Youth Leaders actively participated in exchange activities with representatives of overseas anti-corruption agencies taking courses organised by the Hong Kong International Academy Against Corruption. -
22-24 May The 8th ICAC Symposium
The iELITE Youth Leaders joined the 8th ICAC Symposium to broaden their international horizon. Members exchanged views with representatives of anti-corruption agencies and law enforcement agencies from around the world. Some also introduced Chinese Cultural Art to delegates during the Cocktail Reception and served as Master of the Ceremony.
3 iELITE Youth Leaders also met with YouthLED Board Members under the "GRACE Initiatives" of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC). Members shared their experiences from various youth engagement programms of the ICAC. They also got a chance to understand how young people from different parts of the world promote anti-corruption messages.

3 April Visit to the CMA Testing
The iELITE Youth Leaders, along with several ICAC Ambassadors, visited the CMA Testing. Apart from joining a lab tour to know more about the operations of the organisation and how it promoted innovation technology in line with the government policy, the iELITE Youth Leaders also exchanged views with its Chief Operations Officer on professional ethics and corporate governance. -
4 February The ICAC 50th Anniversary Running Gala
To celebrate the golden jubilee of the ICAC, a group of iELITE Youth Leaders participated in the ICAC 50th Anniversary Running Gala by serving as Master of Ceremony, helpers and runners.

27 December "Mission in Prison" of the Correctional Services Department (CSD)
iELITE Youth Leaders experienced the "Mission in Prison" activity at Ma Hang Prison. By going through different investigation tasks and challenges happened in correctional institutions, they learnt more about the work of CSD officers and ruminated on the dire-consequences of violating the law. -
November Promotion of Clean Elections
iELITE Youth Leaders joined hands with the ICAC to promote clean election messages to the public in a variety of education and publicity activities, such as briefing sessions on electoral law and flash roadshows. -
14 October Visit to Government Flying Service (GFS)
iELITE Youth Leaders visited the headquarters of the GFS through which their knowledge on the entry requirements and the work of the GFS was enhanced. The interaction with GFS officers also impressed iELITE Youth Leaders on their professionalism in safe-guarding Hong Kong citizens. GFS pilots also took the students on a flight experience. -
5 and 13 October Professional Anti-corruption Training in Major Infrastructure Projects
iELITE Youth Leaders joined the "Professional Anti-corruption Training in Major Infrastructure Projects" hosted by the ICAC for Belt and Road countries. They visited the Airport Authority and provided assistance in the Closing Ceremony of the course. Students seized the opportunity to exchange with officers from overseas anti-corruption agencies. -
15 to 17 August Mainland Study Tour
Under the arrangement of various Mainland government departments, iELITE Youth Leaders visited various locations related to the history and development of the Mainland China and to learn first-hand the country's effort in integrity building and youth development. Students also exchanged views with Mainland students of the Sun Yat-sen University on anti-corruption and probity education issues. -
9 August Exchange with officials from Senegal's anti-corruption agency
iELITE Youth Leaders had an exchange with officials of Senegal's anti-corruption agency. Apart from sharing their internship experience at the ICAC, students also introduced Hong Kong culture and local snacks and invited them to taste the signature "ICAC Coffee". -
19 July Launching Event of the Programme
iELITE Youth Leaders attended the Launching Event of the Programme upon completion of the Leadership Training Camp. Administered by the Commissioner, the students took an oath to embrace the rule of law and contribute to our country and Hong Kong's integrity development with their best efforts. -
18 to 19 July Leadership Training Camp
iELITE Youth Leaders joined a tailor-made Leadership Training Camp through which they tasted the Commission's investigative and law enforcement work, as well as learning about Hong Kong's anti-corruption laws.
