About the Programme

The Independent Commission Against Corruption （ICAC） has always attached great importance to the promotion of integrity, honesty, law-abidingness and other positive values to the youth. To groom a cadre of young people to become future leaders who embrace integrity, the ICAC launched the new "ICAC ELITE Youth Leadership Programme" in 2023. The Programme offers an avenue for outstanding young people with sound leadership potential to gain deeper understanding about the ICAC's anti-corruption work. In the long run, they will grow to become the future social leaders who will lead with integrity, a strong sense of the rule of law and national identity, as well as global vision.
