本教材共設八個單元（初小及高小各四個單元），以「誠實」及「公平」為核心主題，個別單元亦會涵蓋「自律守規」、「責任感」、「同理心」、「尊重他人」、「勤勞」等正面價值觀，供教師及輔導人員／社工於德育及公民教育科、常識科（例如配合「健康與生活」、「社會與公民」及「了解世界與認識資訊年代」等學習範疇的相關課題）、個人成長課、生命教育課、班主任課等彈性剪裁選用，向小學生推廣品德教育。

The animation video is about the experiences of iTeen 4 and Cheat Monster. Through a lively song, P.4 –P.6 students could know more about the work of the ICAC and the evils of corruption. The video also encourages students to refuse corruption temptations, abide by rules, and be an honest and responsible citizen.

內容以香港不同特色為背景，故事中智多多帶領一班小主角遊遍香港不同地方，透過十集故事，加深初小學生對香港的認識，並鼓勵他們從小學習做個誠實公正、負責守紀及熱愛香港的好公民。

教材配合「神探智多多」卡通動畫，以小一及小二學生為對象，透過十個活潑有趣的小故事向學生宣揚廉潔自律的重要。

本教案透過廉政公署「全城‧傳誠」微電影Online Fest「最高點擊率誠信微電影」得獎作品《不公平的禮物》，讓學生明白處事要誠實公正，不能偏私。

本教案透過廉政公署青少年誠信微電影節公開組銀獎作品《入錢》，透過幾個不正當金錢交易的情境，讓學生思考當中對社會帶來的禍害，以及建立正面金錢態度的重要。
