做個陽光小孩、行事光明磊落、以正能量感染身邊的人 — 正是這項創作的設計理念!活動旨在讓小學生發揮創意,以回收光碟進行藝術創作,寓意做人做事光明磊落,及鼓勵他們立志做個誠實的小孩。
展能藝術家劉志強先生(Steve)將過萬件小學生作品組裝成大型藝術裝置,名為「光中行」,寓意待人處事要真誠正直,向黑暗及貪污說不。藝術裝置已於2018年6月16及17日在賽馬會創意藝術中心展出。
導賞活動由專人帶領及講解,讓小學生、教師及家長能近距離欣賞在賽馬會創意藝術中心L2展出的「光中行」藝術裝置,細聽藝術家的創作理念及組裝過程;同時亦介紹了作為本地藝術工廈地標「賽馬會創意藝術中心」的歷史。導賞團更包括一個簡單有趣的手作活動,讓參加者製作獨特而富正面信息的筆記簿。
光與影,跟廉潔一樣,黑白分明。光,亦象徵誠信、希望和正能量。
大募集活動以「光與影」為中心主題,邀請中學生透過攝影表達正面信息,蒐集到的逾1,500份光影作品已製作成大型拼貼作品,並已在2018年6月17日於賽馬會創意藝術中心展出,立即到大募集相簿欣賞部分作品!
是次活動的作品來自超過50間中學的學生,當中特別鳴謝以下 24 間中學於校內統籌相關活動。
展能攝影藝術家鄭啟文先生(Kevin)與逾2,600位中學生分享其為理想而堅持藝術工作的心路歷程,讓他們學習以堅毅的精神積極面對困難,建立正面價值觀。Kevin更透過相關主題的作品示範,鼓勵他們以攝影創作表達廉潔、誠信、公平等信息。

在2017/18學年,20所大專院校支持參與「廉政大使」計劃,經遴選後共招募150多位廉政大使。他們於2017年11月底參加了我們安排的培訓活動後,隨即展開籌備計劃,於下學期在校內舉辦多元化的校園倡廉活動,並透過新媒體平台進一步提升活動成效。他們更跳出校園,於「我.誠」青年藝墟負責手作攤位/表演,向大家展現廉政大使的投入及創意。
為加強不同院校廉政大使的聯繫,我們於2010年成立「愛.廉結」(i-League),藉此加強他們之間的交流,並鼓勵他們繼續在不同崗位上擔當廉署的反貪夥伴。

“Youth Integrity Fest” Programme is launched by the Youth and Moral Education Office of the Community Relations Department of the ICAC. The Programme spreads across the 2017/18 academic year and its main targets are youngsters at different stages of schooling.
The Programme is part of the “All for Integrity” multi-year territory-wide programme aiming at sustaining and passing on the probity values to people from different walks of life, including young people.
Wrap-up video of “Youth Integrity Fest” ProgrammeCollaborative art project for primary students: Curated by an artist with disability, a collaborative art installation comprising over 10,000 art pieces with integrity message contributed by primary students will be set up in June 2018.
Photo-taking activity for secondary students: Secondary students are invited to take photographs on integrity theme and a collage of all photographs will be displayed in June 2018. Sharing sessions by a photographic artist with disability are arranged for secondary school students.
ICAC Ambassador Programme for tertiary students: Campus activities at all tertiary education institutions are organised by tertiary students to display their understanding of integrity in their very own way.
Highlight event “Youth Integrity Fest” (17.6.2018 at Jockey Club Creative Arts Centre): A fun-filled event with creative handicraft activities, performance, collaborative art installation, a collage of photographs with integrity messages, VR (Virtual Reality) / AR (Augmented Reality) games and interactive module on anti-corruption theme, and many more……
The idea and design of the Programme is based on the following four beliefs: Integrity, Creativity, Art and Collaboration.
